"Stacy did a great job shepherding the entire home sale process, from pre-contract research, prep, pricing, marketing, seller negotiations, escrow, and post-closing support. To start, Stacy helped identify the minimal required cost effective updates and changes to make the property attractive in a contemporary style. With few quality comps available in the area, she targeted a pricing and marketing strategy that led to good interest, ultimately resulting in a competitive bidding cycle and an above asking final contract in seven days! Stacy worked through some sellers-agent generated contractual glitches to get under contract and a smooth closing (it helps that her brokerage has very responsive in-house real estate counsel that reviews all details with focus on client protection!). She took care of researching and resolving local and HOA related requirements too which took all the load off my back. I was amazed with Stacy and Bullock-Russell’s support team; the electronic document and e-signing process allowed for near instantaneous document review and turn around. The closing was targeted for 21 days, but ended up with about 27 days due to some minor buyer financing time delay. Overall, Stacy was always present when needed and provided excellent hands-on support. She also made a great impression on the neighbors too."
